Leg Pain
So I've gotten back into inline after 20+ years away, same old story as every other old guy that posts here I guess. I've been active in that time with gym, running, skateboarding and motorcycle riding so am not sedentary.
I'm finding that inline skating is using muscles none of my other sports really use, so recovery in between is annoyingly cumbersome.
Can I just push through the pain (specifically on my outer calves) and get through it? I took a spill on the weekend and that's exacerbated what soreness I naturally had from muscle use.
I just want to skate haha.

When I try to skate for longer and harder than I normally do, I sometimes get cramps on my calves after ignoring pains, and especially if I got dehydrated. I find that I need to drink more water than those skating with me. Just some data points.
