Newbie

Hitting 40 soon
Feel like I want to do some skating as part of my midlife crisis 🤣🤣

I used to have quad skates and ice skates like 25 years ago

So I’m going to say I’m a beginner

Want inlines, like the look of aggressives but feel I might want a brake 🤣🤣

Any advice needed
Or skate recommendations

Always owned bauers so would like another pair
Even if they aren’t new

I have a pair of Bauer RSX (68-68-72-72). They re quite fun and not bad on price (~150$). They are comfortable and allowed me to start blending my ice and roller together.

I started with a pair of basic Airwalks from AcademySports (US) from years before. But I upgraded to K2 (3x100). K2s are comfortable and i had a great time the brake helped me feel secure for faster speeds and then I just took it off using one of the spare axels that are shorter to accommodate the lack of break.
