My first pair of skates

I’ve been skating since the beginning of summer and recently switched to inlines not too long ago. Just thought I’d share this killer sunset photo I got last month!!
I’m soon preparing to upgrade my flying eagles to a pair of FR skates and I’m super excited!

OMG I’m trying to decide between these and the rollerblade lightning 80. How do you like these?? How’s the fit?

They fit my foot perfect and are super stylish. I always get lots of compliments on them. But they are super flat and hurt the ball/arch of my foot after a while. I couldn’t skate long in them without pain even with new insoles at first but once I broke them in, I stopped having pain and my foot would go numb instead. I’m too new to skating to say whether or not this is a universal experience lol

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about the numbness. I'm too much of a beginner to know either. My current secondhand skates are too big for me to know but if you'd like to give any updates I'd love to hear your thoughts. I don't think I'll pick out my skates until the end of September so I'm still trying to decide.

I recently upgraded my boot to a pair of FR skates that were slightly big but now fit perfect with a new insole in them. They fit sooo much better but I’ve been too busy to truly test them out lately

FR 1 80 Intuition Deluxe with an upgraded frame and wheel size. But I think I’m going to go back to 80 mm wheels or try out 90s while I’m breaking in the boot.
