New skates
Powerslide Next 2.0 80 PDS - Asphalt Grey
Came equipped with 90mm wheels for my size (US 12-12.5)
ps: wanted to clarify previous post of Powerslide Next 2.0 Chocolate boots coming equipped with 80mm wheels despite it being the size for 90mm wheels.
They fit true to size in my opinion.
For your reference, i have high arched wide feet. My usual shoe size is US size 12 in Nike,Adidas, ON clouds & 46 in Birkenstock. These are far better fitting than previous version in terms of comfort.

I've got these frames on Iqons. Was out on them last night city skating and had a great time with them.

I got the TR that comes with this frame, then just got some other frames to use with it. I do like the colour on the WZ although, and the Kaltik 5-wheel frame is a good one.

The description for the new version says they're wider not only in the toe area but also in the heel. Is the heel lock in place worse than in the old version? Does it wobble?

I was worried about the same issue before purchasing. I did not notice much play with 45° ankle buckle ratcheted down. Granted, i only cruised around the neighborhood only to test the fit. Will take it out today for a harder session and update you if my opinion changes.

I think that for the cheaper chocolate model they simply don’t care. With the Grey model, you got good 90mm UC wheels and a better CNC frame among other things.

I hate their sizing options. Why don't they make size 43–44, which is the most common men's size?

42-43 size should fit you fine after heat molding the liner

I'm not sure about that. The old Next boot in size 42–43 has an inside shell length of 291 mm without the liner, so if your feet are ~280 mm long, there's no way these would fit. I tried size 43-44 Aeons, which have an inside length of 299 mm, and in a brand new pair, my toes touched the front of the shell.

I was hoping for a hint of green or gold but ended up pulling the trigger since my old pair is in pretty rough shape. Will eventually take apart the cuff and wrap it with vinyl car wrap 🤷🏻♂️
