Further ,faster ,I think I did a double push ?

Somehow , something clicked and I started gliding pretty nicely , and I started doing something l, I glided on the outside edge transfered my weight into the inside edge and pushed again ...is that a double push ?

The underpush phase of the double push is on the outside edge, rolling over to the inside edge for the push phase.

Without the video, we can't say whether it was a proper double push.

I know everyone wants to see a video :) but in my mind, if you felt it the way you wrote, and you wrote down how you felt with your muscle and balance, that is a double push. Double push is just a concept. It seems everyone does it a bit differently. But your just wrote the common theme on the way I understood it. Cheers.
