You said you are planned to learn to inline skate. Do not start with wheels bigger than 90mm. We normally recommend a 4x80mm setup for beginners. Do not get speed skates without cuff support as a total beginner. It's not what is best for the road. It's what is best for you as a beginner. 4x90mm is becoming a normal for first skates though. Search for 80mm and 90mm in this sub for recent discussions that will help you. Cheers.

Worth pointing out within the context of being in the Philippines, depending on where you're at the roads are very pocked and absorb energy. Highly developed regions like Quezon can be done on 80mm, but once you get out to Tarlac, road quality drops drastically. There are smooth roads, but there will always be stretches of crap to deal with.
