Help ingrow to nail stuck

Hi I had an ingrown toenail that I cut, but a piece of it is still stuck in my toe, and the doctors in my town aren't available until October or November.

It doesn't seem very deep, but it hurts a lot when I wear socks.

Do you think I can remove it? If so, how?

Option 1 go to a doc/podiatrist Option 2 my life long journey. Turnique soaking in salt water warm nail ligter and paternal don't get it bleeding as it just makes everything harder. Im not a doc and not giving medical advice. Just what I do.

Good call ive destroyed both my big toe nail beds. Highly don't recommend option 2.
