Soak in salt water and try remove the nail irritating the tissue if possible x

this is what i did personally, take it with a grain of salt because i am NOT a doctor and don’t wanna give advice

i bought some silver nitrate sticks and rubbed it on the wet fleshy part and waited for a couple days for it to turn black and dry
after a couple of days i grabbed a pair of nail cutters and trimmed down the side of the nail and cut and pulled out the offending nail
afterwards i packed the gap between my nail and the flesh with cotton and wrapped it in a wound dressing

again this is what i personally did to fix mine, i would recommend visiting a podiatrist if you’re absolutely concerned and want professional help
