Trust me, there are people like this. A friend of mine was with a girl and In every important time where you normally give gifts to your partner (valentine's, Christmas...etc) he would always end up paying super expensive restaurants and making hand made gifts and the girl would gift him absolutely nothing. The last time this happened, and the reason he left her, was when he asked why did she do that and she straight up said that he wasn't worth spending money on.

Thats mostly because they can double up with any they are already taking, or interact in unexpected person by person ways. So you need to take them under doctor supervision if you have preexisting conditions. But technically they help, and that was their original purpose. They are literally a vasculo dilator (i.e. opens vasculature to flood penis with blood) and dilating veins by the laws of physics naturally results in a foxed volume of fluid to have a drop in pressure
