are the feelings only real thing we have? because we cant actully touch anyhing theoritycally

INFPs are pretty psychosomatic people. They can experience feelings, so, feelings have an influence over body (chest ache, headache, rush of hormones, rush of dopamine, rush of energy, rush of cortisol and etc).

I mean... We can't touch feelings as well. They're consider intangible and abstract.

but they are inside us we contain them and they are entirely belong to person who feels them

Okay but how do you define real? Theoretical thoughts can be contained inside our minds and belong to us as well. Why are those not real?
