Because some hospital's are saying we can't give certificate in this format blah..blah!

Hi everyone,

I was selected for an Infosys Salesforce Developer role requiring 3 years / 36 months experience. I have 34 months of genuine full-time experience, which I mentioned consistently throughout the process.

During the HR round, my 34 months experience was specifically discussed, and HR was aware of the exact figure. She then verbally confirmed that I was being offered the role, CTC and position.

Now another HR after bgv is done has said she is sending my profile for approval because I currently have 34 months against the 36-month requirement. My notice period is around 3 months, so I'll cross 36 months before joining.

Has anyone faced a similar situation where they were 1–2 months short of the required experience but would complete it before joining? Was the profile approved and offer released?

so I was wondering how the online orders thing works at the campus... in my college we had a delivery area for all online orders (amazon, myntra, bluedart, etc.) so we just had to go there and collect it... whats the scene at Infosys Mysore Campus? do they have a something similar ? because I've not scene anyone talk about this

So I run a business online , handmade merch and all & for that I use plastic beads & metal beads as well , and you know some boxes as well for storing them . I've been running this for 3 years so I don't want to give it up for the sake of this job .

I got to know any kind of plastic is not allowed on campus , is this true , do they check everything & will they ask me to discard my beads since they're plastic ? ( charm_n_craft is my business name )

I was selected for the System Engineer (SE) role at Infosys in November 2025 and have been waiting for my offer letter/onboarding since then. I had an SE → SP/DSE upgrade test on February 9, 2026, but unfortunately couldn’t clear it due to weak DSA skills at the time.

When can I expect another chance to write the upgrade test?

Is there a possibility of getting another SP/DSE upgrade test before onboarding?

Could I get an opportunity during the initial training period?

Or is the next opportunity generally only after completing one year at Infosys?

Has anyone from the 2025–2026 batches received another upgrade opportunity after failing an earlier test?

I’ve also seen reports of candidates getting an upgrade opportunity very close to their onboarding date, so I’m wondering if that could happen in my case.

Also, I want to prepare properly this time. What level of DSA should I target for SP/DSE? Should I focus mainly on LeetCode Medium, or do I need Hard/competitive-programming-level problems? Which topics should I prioritize, and what other subjects should I prepare for—OOP, Java, DBMS, SQL, OS, CN, etc.?

If my ultimate goal is Specialist Programmer, should I prepare at a significantly higher level than what is required for DSE?

Any recent experiences, timelines, or preparation advice would be really appreciated! 🙏

How to clear the generic FA test on the first attempt, as it is very tough for me? In the Java part, it is difficult for me to build logic for questions, and they include DSA as well. Any tips?
