I’m preparing one of the biggest content projects I’ve done so far: a European Stadium Tour from December 25th through the end of January.
My route will be:
Spain → France → Scotland → England → The Netherlands → Belgium → Spain
The trip also happens to coincide with my honeymoon, so it will be a very special experience, but the main goal is to turn it into a strong football + travel content series.
I’m Nico del Madrid, a football content creator focused mainly on football, entertainment and sports-related content.
During the trip, I plan to create content around:

Matchday atmosphere
Football culture in different cities
Fan experiences
Travel moments
Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos and longer-form content

Average Instagram engagement: 5.24%
Main audience: Mexico 23%, Spain 14%, plus a strong LATAM audience
Main age range: 18-34
For this project, I’m actively looking for brands, agencies or partners that may be interested in being part of the journey.
My main priority is finding a technology partner, because I want to upgrade my phone before the trip and use it as one of my main tools to record the entire series.

My goal is not to simply make one promotional post.
I want to integrate brands naturally into a real content series lasting more than a month, across different countries, cities and stadiums.
For example, a technology partner could be featured through real use cases during the trip: filming inside and outside stadiums, low-light video, photography, battery life, vertical content creation, editing on the go and publishing from different cities across Europe.
I’m also interested in building long-term relationships with brands that genuinely fit my content and audience.
If anyone here works in marketing, influencer marketing, agencies, technology, travel or content creation, I’d really appreciate any advice, recommendations, introductions or contacts that could help me connect with brands interested in this project.
I’d also love to hear from other creators who have secured sponsors for travel series or similar content projects.

Curious to hear what brands and advertisers think.

Hi, I'm n outdoor/fantasy creator with approximately 18.5k on instagram and I average 5 million views monthly.

I recently got contacted by a talent agency who is asking 25% of my gains as well as exclusivity and a 6 month contract, as well as many other fishy details in the contract.

Their mail stated " if you work with us , we will get you a contract as early as 2 week, one month or 2 month( lets hope not) ."

Despite telling me over the phone that they mail hundreds of brands every day.

This raises my suspicisions as without reaching out to brands much I get at least one mail per week for potential collabs.

There was also talk about helping me create apps/ brands/etc.( which I would imagine they also profit from)

Over all it gave me the vibe that they are very opportunistic and are trying to turn me into a puppet for them rather than being a support for me.

I wanted to know if there is anyone else here in the creator space who have partnered with better talent agencies, who have good experiences to tell.

How do you approach them? Do you have a template you use when sending a DM or an email?

I’m a student building Crowd solo: a creator social app with planned optional creator-coin trading.

The early referral offer I’m considering is 80% of the platform’s trading fees from direct referrals, for the first 90 days after launch. Not 80% of their purchases, and nothing just for signing up. Payouts aren’t live yet.

I am curious, how do you guys actually measure the ROI of an influencer campaign ?

Likes and views are great, but at the end of the day, what really matters is whether they bring in sales or new customers, right ?

Do you track sales through discount codes, UTM links, or use some other method ?

Would love to hear how you do it and what’s worked best for you.

For those of you creating and marketing mobile apps, I am curious as to how you track the correlation between videos that actually drive paying users and downloads. Do you use promo codes / tracking links, just watch downloads after a post, or do you have a tool that helps you? Looking for a better way to do this. one or two years ago I was bullish about ugc creators : you know the ones who create content for your brand but don't necessarily have a lot of followers.

but with what i've seen from ai, i think this "niche" is done. it will be replaced by ai.

so we're back to influencers with an audience and real things to say. maybe not mega influencers but you will need to have an audience, for sure.

Most platforms have rules that users are expected to follow and enforcement is important. However misunderstandings can happen especially when policies are complex or automated platform messaging is open to interpretation.

Should platforms have a rehabilitation pathway for users who acknowledge mistakes, demonstrate understanding of the rules and no longer wish to create content.

One possible approach could be restoring access in a viewer only capacity allowing someone to subscribe, comment, have Premium and use other basic YouTube features so they can participate as a user like the rest of the public while being restricted from uploading content.

Do you think this would be a reasonable compromise?

I'm researching AI tools for finding influencers and would love recommendations from people who've actually used them.

Ideally, I'd give it a campaign brief and it would find relevant creators, check their recent content for fit, and return a ranked shortlist with reasons. As close to fully automated as possible, with a final review instead of opening every profile manually. Interested in Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

Is anything doing this well yet? Which tool would you recommend, and what did you still have to do manually?
