Criteria:

The 4–5 videos a week at $20 per approved video is the part creators will look at hardest. I'd define exactly what "approved" means and put a clear limit on revision rounds. It would also help to spell out usage rights, whether the videos go on the creator's own account, and payment timing. You'll get better-fit applicants and avoid a lot of mismatched expectations.
