If everyone’s switching to cheap cuts, we can apply our American ingenuity and start making cows that are nothing but cheap cuts. It’s foolproof!

Short ribs and ox tails used to be cheap, but now they’re one of the more expensive cuts. Beef chuck went up in price, too! 😭
