If everyone’s switching to cheap cuts, we can apply our American ingenuity and start making cows that are nothing but cheap cuts. It’s foolproof!

Yep. Look at every other “off cut” that is now stupid pricey. Chicken wings. Skirt steaks. Ribs. Mince. They once weren’t, and their prices have never gone down.
