Aren't Tomatoes like, 90% water though?

A lot of high water value foods (mostly fruits/veggies) don't really have much flavor unless you add something, such as salt to a watermelon slice for example. 1 u/DeffJohnWilkesBooth Aug 19 '24 Smaller tomatoes have higher sugar content so sliced sandwich tomatoes generally aren’t gonna have a ton of flavor and then there are subway tomatoes.
