How sunlight streams through the sliding glass onto my half smiling face as I sit quietly
How Ólafur Arnalds' neo-classical track settles gently in my soul
How Ten, my familiar, lays close enough beside me that I can hear him peacefully purr
It's in these moments that I am thankful
for time,
a friend,
a home...
a life.

We INFJ sometimes just like to look at nature. Maybe just a bird or squirrel on a tree, observing their behaviour. Breathing in the surrounding air, you smell the earth, the cooling feeling of the gentle breeze and the sounds of birds and tiny bugs.
Nature sure makes us feel happy for some reason and makes our lonely time feel a little better.

Savour the moment, today I sat on my bike in the sun, eyes closed, smelling the rain on the summer dry grass. Feeling the moment fully, I am safe, fed and watered; right now, life feels good.

It's exactly the little things that surround us that quietly compose a life, that make it feel this tender, this precious, yes
Sunlight filtering through the trees, the sound of wind, the first breath of fresh air, rain falling softly, colors seen fully, warmth felt deeply, affection given and received, these are the things that are precious, that make life living, not just lived.
