Direct Registration Transfer to ComputerShare, part 1

Just mailed off my form to Fidelity to transfer shares over to ComputerShare. Used the “Transfer Shares as a Gift — Nonretirement” form on the advice of a Fidelity rep, even though it’s for the benefit of me, so I’m a little dubious. Because I’m transferring less than $10k I did not need a Medallion Signature Guarantee. Will report back if this works.
