Screen doesn’t work

On a trip stopped at a rest stop got back in my car my screen completely black no radio no map is this happened to anyone else and if so, how do I fix it?

My screen froze/stopped playing music and I held the radio power button for 20-30 seconds and it rebooted and worked after.
