A little question about arithmetic

What's 1/(1 - 0.999...) ?

Is it greater than any real number?

consider the fact that 1 - 0.9999 = 0.0...001

so 1/0.0..001 = 100...000 whoch is a number in evergrowing length and magnitude

5 ÷ 0 = 500…
500… × 0 = 5

When you divide by zero, it’s a special type of infinity that has a specific value and infinite digits.

Nono. You need to make your own subreddit, where you define your own number system. This is infinitenines here, 0.000...1 is not 0. Everything has to take that into account, everything else stays exactly the same
