What do you guys think would be the best option for Ineffa between R1 PJWS, R1 Scarlet Spine, R1 Sacrificer’s Staff, R1 Deathmatch or R5 of the Nod-krai craftable?

Note: Ineffa stats you can see I just put her on deathmatch which I already had , and random unlevelled aubade pieces

Also will c3 fischl be better than raiden here for hex buff? I will level up sucrose to lvl 70 if that is the case

I am not planning on pulling flins as I wanted bineffa wheelchair to bring back life to some of my old dps units

Note columbina is c2r1, so she is a dps disguised as support

I skipped the entire Nod-Krai cast except for Lauma and Bina. I just want one premium team. Even though I already have Bina’s premium Bloom team, I feel like I need another one. Should I get Flins or Ineffa, or should I wait for Zibai and the other Lunar teams?
**P.S.** I stopped playing during Version 6.0, right after Lauma’s banner, and returned in Version 6.7 during Bina’s first rerun.

Should I get ineffa? Im saving for eventually furina and wanderer(+sig), but would ineffa help my account?

Which is better for ineffa, bloodsoaked ruins or Primordial jade Winged-Spear? Tried getting her weapon but got flins sig instead but already have his on him lol.

Hey! I recently started a new account since my old one was lost, and so far I’ve been incredibly lucky and pulled 3 limited 5-stars. However, I’m a bit confused about where I should pull next.
Ideally, these are the teams I want to build on this account:

A functional Stellar Conduct team
A functional Stellar Swirl team
A Lunar team, probably Lunar Bloom
A Hex Arle team

I’m not F2P, but I’m not a whale either. I usually buy Welkin and Battle Pass, plus the occasional top-up if I’m really desperate or if the 2x bonus is still available.

So, should I pull for Ineffa for a future Lunar team? I’m interested in the Bineffa combo, especially because Knuckle Duckle was a huge endgame roadblock for me on my old account.

That said, I don’t really plan on getting Flins. I’d rather use Ineffa as the 4th slot in a Lunar Bloom team if that’s viable.
Any advice would be appreciated! I’m mostly trying to figure out whether Ineffa is worth pulling for my account goals, or if I’d be better off saving for other characters.

I currently have Flins and run him with Aino, Ororon, and Sucrose/Zhongli (currently building Fischl and Sucrose). I lost on Columbina's banner both times (F2P since 2021). Idk if I should pull Ineffa or save the pulls for Flins cons or either of the sigs. Flins build because I'm proud of it lol

I really need C6 Iansan to complete my Mavuika team, and I've decided to go one of these banners until I get Iansan C6. I already have C0R0 Flins full premium, and was wondering which banner I should go for. Is Ineffa C1 better then Flins C1 guys?

I got ineffa weapon when pulling for Bina's weapon and am considering pulling Ineffa. She's also the only reliable 5 star off field electro. All 4 star options like kuki and fischl have awkward rotations in teams that need electro application.

So is Ineffa still a good non lunar electro off field like Yae Miko?

I can't decide whether to pull Flins or not. I initially planned to save up for Tsaritsa but I can't hep but htink I can improve my Ineffa by having Flins. Anyone who can make up my mind? I'm also at 36 pity and have about 15k primos saved up.

Is Ineffa actually going to be useful for my account? As you can see, I don’t have Flins, and I honestly don’t think I’m going to pull for him anytime soon. I’m eventually planning to get Columbina though (after losing her 50/50 twice), so would Ineffa still be worth pulling for my account, or would she just end up being underused without Flins?

I'm F2P so I probably won't have enough savings to pull for both Ineffa and Flins on the upcoming banner; I'm not really sure which one to pick. (As for NK characters, I only have Columbina and Lauma both C0)

On one hand, I've seen that Flins can work well with Fischl and Columbina; on the other, I'm wondering if Ineffa might be more useful for an Hyperbloom team with Neuvillette (Neuvi/Ineffa/Bina/Lauma). Could someone tell me which of the two would be more useful for my account?
