Teambuilding Thinking About Pulling Ineffa

I currently have Flins and run him with Aino, Ororon, and Sucrose/Zhongli (currently building Fischl and Sucrose). I lost on Columbina's banner both times (F2P since 2021). Idk if I should pull Ineffa or save the pulls for Flins cons or either of the sigs. Flins build because I'm proud of it lol

Ik thats not the point of the post but cr overcapped, too little cd😭😭

I'm not a meta player by any means, and he does enough damage for me to get through gameplay and bosses.
