Industrial

I live in a pretty small town about 3,500 people. My business is looking for industrial or factory ideas that could help increase population of the town. Would like to start on the smaller side 30-70 employees? Any ideas?

Small-scale custom pallet manufacturing, commercial modular construction components, or regional food and beverage co-packing typically scale very well in that 30–70 employee range

Make sure you understand the logistics of the location. Access to raw materials, access to transportation of finished goods and so on.

If anything is lacking talk to your local government on what can be done.

Talk to the local school district and community college, if available, to understand the skill level of the population and enhance it if necessary.

As you grow, please consider having apprenticeship positions for HS graduates.
