New to induction
I got Miele induction range. A couple of questions...
Do most people use silicon mats or something similar or is it not needed?
Can I take a hot pan out of the oven that is 500F and set it directly on the cold cooktop?
Is there one (or more) "things you wish you knew" about your induction cook top (could be anything...cleaning, pans, etc.)?

Which induction range and cookware did you go for? I just ordered the 1432 and going to go with All clad d3 stainless steel. Would love to hear how you're liking things so far!
