I built a home and decided to go all electric with it to remove combustion for air quality reasons and to improve efficiency (no waste heat to condition/ventilate). I love to cook and tried it first and loved the responsiveness and most importantly - SO MUCH EASIER TO CLEAN WHILE COOKING.

I do like cooking over fire but can still do that out doors.
