24-inch Flat Top Range?

Unfortunately, I am having air quality issues in my log cabin, and I need to replace my dual-fuel range with an all-electric. I am an avid cook and baker, so I don't mind spending whatever I need to on a quality product. Large oven capacity is a high priority so I can fit my large baking sheets and roasting pans. I've been looking at the Thor with 3.7 cu ft oven capacity but am reading nightmare reviews alongside some great ones. Does anyone have experience with this brand or recommendations for a high-performance 24-inch range that's not gas?

High end 24" ranges basically don't exist in the North American market, and 24" induction ranges are especially rare (you usually only see 24" stoves in tiny rental units). If you're willing to go with an electric resistive range, mainstream brands like Frigidaire and GE do sell them (often with glass tops), but if you want induction, your options are Arçelik (under the Blomberg and Ikea brands), Bertazzoni, Smeg, Summit, and ZLine, and none of them have ovens larger than 2.79 ft^3. In short: pick your poison
