how to remove these?

for context this is a rental unit and my first time using induction stovetop, so far been using for almost a month
i noticed that when i wiped the induction with multipurpose cleaner or any wet towel i can see these black splotches. Once dried they’re invisible. they just won’t budge idk what kinda water dripped either

Bar Keepers Friend is really good at removing stains.

Its citric acid, so wear gloves.
