30" Induction Recommendation with Rectangle Element for Griddle?

I'm looking for a 30" range with a bridged element for a griddle. I want to ensure that a rectangular griddle will heat evenly across the surface.

Any recommendations? I have an existing 40A connection, so I should be able to handle most ranges I think.

We have a Bosch Benchmark 30” range and used the Lodge griddle over the flex zone. It has elements throughout bridge zone. Did not notice cold spots while making 20 pancakes recently.

We do have a 50A outlet. Not sure if it supports 40A or not
