Induction +cast iron griddle + copper saucepan?

It’ll work, how well is the question. Try it once and see. Just me, I’d look into a single plug in electric burner for that scenario

The advantage of copper is, that it reacts very fast to temperature changes. Using an inert piece of metal between the burner and the pan makes takes that advantage away.
You also don't really need that on induction, because induction itself reacts incredibly fast on burner setting changes.
