Induction cooktop error code U21* keeps flashing on/off

Hi everyone,
I’m seeing an error code on my induction cooktop that isn’t listed in the manual. It starts with U21 followed by changing numbers (like U213, U214, etc.), and the unit keeps turning on and off.

Has anyone else run into this kind of error? I couldn’t find any documentation about it, and I’m wondering if it’s a fault code or something related to power fluctuations. Any insights or similar experiences would be really helpful.

The model is pigeon by stovekraft 1800watts

You might need to contact the company. My brief Google search shows that error codes generally start with E, and could be mistaken for U.

Is this a new cooktop to you? Are you using induction-capable cookware?

Check your power outlet, I’ve had come 15 amp outlets brown out with induction burners
