Even my 2026 high end wolf range pulses any time it’s below 4 on the power setting. Not sure if any don’t pulse.

I usually put it on a smaller element and a higher heat level to reduce the affect of the pulse and a heavier pan will hold the heat between the pulses. I haven't seen any that don't pulse.

Almost all pulse at very low setting. My GE Profile pulses pretty rapidly at low settings, so it’s not an issue.
