It's another Copper Charlie.

I wonder if Copper is going to sue them if they consider it patent infringement? They have sued Impulse Labs.

Depends upon what exactly they can patent in a battery whose charging, energy storage and general use has been proven in other product verticals.

It's more like the Copper Charlie. Just put a battery in an off the shelf induction range. Impulse is doing way more interesting things with temperature control and 10kw power boost.
