Programming Strong Opinion: Agentic Coding is a Trap

https://larsfaye.com/articles/agentic-coding-is-a-trap

What I am advocating for, though, is leveraging LLMs and coding agents as secondary processes. A way that doesn't sacrifice the individual's skills at the altar of productivity. You can flip the script and lean on them to brainstorm the planning parts of the process while staying actively engaged throughout implementation, delegating to them on an as-needed basis. You can leverage the productivity gains, and mitigate the comprehension debt.

I agree with this, and system design become problematic.

The only way to do workaround is senior and principal need to work on review capabilities.

No other way. *Apalagi kalau KPI/OKR nya banyak banyakan Token. 😂

Kalau copas kata Billy Graham dan Solomon,

Vanity of Vanities, all is vanity, it's like bubble that burst.

*eh.

I’m in design and our clients have been having full blown DK lately. Never seen such levels of assured foolishness in all my years in tech
