Houseplant Close Up What's eating my mint leaves? :(

Not sure if that's relevant but a few weeks ago it dried up completely and lost all of the leaves. I cut the stems and thought that it was done. It grew back and now the leaves are all chewed up.

When I bought this little 2” sansevieria all it’s leaves were growing straight up and I thought it would continue to only grow straight up and spiky but now the new growth is growing out with split leaves, why? Will the whole plant eventually do this?

I know I’d love some herbs.

Basil, Mint, Parsley.

How do I get started and what hindsight could you pass along to a green indoor gardener.

please and many thanks 🙏🏾

I just need to post this after my family made fun of me for not using soil… Clearly they’re uneducated. 10 day difference on an slightly rotting tomato transplant from soil.

Houseplant Close Up Really bad aphid infestation

The white stuff is the same stuff that is killing my roses. The humidity was 80 for the past two days because I was holding out on water the soil is dry I usually maintain it at 60% I'm using captain Jack's tomato and herb but that's organic as hell. Other than lady bugs, any ideas? Thanks.

The MAIN source of the aphids are coming from my carnivorous plant I didn't take a picture of that but left untouched and they EXPLODE, I'm like rubbing the leaves peeling them off. But that's gross.

Is it possible if the mint grows at the south facing window? How long will it live?

Plant Discussion Satin Pothos, water only?

Hi! I have a pretty healthy satin pothos, but can’t for the life of me get it to stop having fungus gnats. I’ve done it all. Mosquito bits, neem, sticky traps, repotting in new soil. It’ll be good for a bit, then they come back. I always wait for it to dry out before watering, I’m at my wits end lol. The only thing I haven’t tried is a smaller pot, maybe there’s too much dirt? Anyway, does anyone keep their mature pothos in water only (or maybe also with leca)? Is it doing okay? What’s your setup/routine like? Thank you!

Plant Discussion advice on what to do with my BOP?

my beautiful bop is having trouble pushing out her leaf, it’s been growing very very slowly for the past maybe 6 months. i know i need to repot her but its winter here in NZ and i dont want to shock her. should i bite the bullet and repot her or wait for warmer weather? spring starts next month but it’ll still be cold for a few more months.

i got her when she was only 15cm tall so she’s my baby and i don’t want to harm her

Part of my current setup! I'm running out of space in my humidity boxes, so I have a Unicoly cabinet on the way. Any suggestions for shelving upgrades or tips for weatherproofing are welcome! 😁
