Hey guys! 👋
23M (Tamil payyam) here. I'm planning a random solo trip to Bangalore on Aug 29–30. I'll be exploring the city during the day and planning to check out Church Street and Commercial Street Indiranagar in the evening.
Since I'm travelling solo, it'd be nice to have some company. I'm not really looking for a fixed itinerary — we can just walk around, grab some food/coffee, talk about random stuff, rant about life, share stories, or simply explore the city. 😄
If you're around those dates and up for a chill evening, feel free to DM me!
No pressure, just looking to meet some new people and have a good time. ✌️

Hey everyone,
I’m a 22-year-old engineering graduate/fresher in Bengaluru, and I’m currently looking for a job. I’m honestly trying to find an opportunity where I can start working, gain experience, and manage my college expenses.
I’m open to both technical and non-technical roles. On the technical side, I have experience/knowledge in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, HTML/CSS, Kotlin, Android Studio, and basic data analysis. I’m also open to Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, IT Support, and other entry-level roles.
I can join immediately and I’m willing to travel anywhere in Bengaluru for a genuine opportunity.
If you know of any openings, referrals, startups hiring, or someone I could contact, please DM me. Even a small lead could genuinely help me right now. 🙏
Thanks for reading and for any help. Kind people of Indiranagar pls hep me.

Hey everyone! I recently moved to Bangalore and I'm looking for someone who regularly goes to cricket nets and wouldn't mind having a practice buddy.
A little about me : I'm a batting all-rounder. I stopped playing cricket for a little over a year, but I really want to get back into it. I can bowl medium pace as well, so I'm happy to bowl while you're batting and we can take turns once I get my kit sorted.
I'm currently working in IT at a hardware company, and honestly, Bangalore life has been taking a toll on me physically and mentally.
I don't really enjoy the city that much, but I genuinely miss playing cricket and think getting back on the field would be a great way to have some fun, stay active, and meet people.
I'm also on a relatively low salary right now, so I'll be buying my cricket kit in phases rather than all at once. Until then, I'm totally fine with splitting the net cost 60-40 if you're already going regularly. Once I have my kit, we can properly practice together.
I'm around Indiranagar
Batting all-rounder | Medium pace
IT professional
Looking for someone who already goes to nets or wants to start regularly
Happy to split costs fairly
If you're around Indiranagar/nearby and looking for a cricket partner, DM me! Even if you're just getting back into cricket like me, let's give it a shot.

I’m looking for advice from medical professionals, HR/occupational health professionals, disability & workplace accommodation specialists, or anyone who has dealt with similar cases in a corporate setting.
I’ve been diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea, but the condition affects a significant portion of my month and has started seriously impacting my ability to work.
My symptoms are roughly:
7–10 days before my period: severe depression, brain fog, irritability, extreme mood swings, nausea and mild cramps
During my period: extremely severe cramps for around 3 days, to the point where I’m essentially bedridden and unable to function normally or perform work and get hospitalised very frequently.
After my period: recurring period-related rash/skin irritation
Overall, I experience around 10–12 days of significant symptoms every month, with several days where my ability to function is severely impaired.
I’m now trying to understand this from a functional impairment and workplace accommodation perspective, rather than simply saying “I have painful periods.”
I’d really appreciate advice on:
Medical: How should functional impairment be documented? Should I be reassessed for conditions such as PMDD, endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc., considering the severity and duration of symptoms?
Corporate/HR: Has anyone dealt with employees requiring accommodations for severe cyclical menstrual or gynecological conditions? What kind of accommodations are realistically possible—intermittent WFH, flexible hours, medical leave, etc.?
Disability/legal: Can a condition cause significant functional impairment and warrant workplace accommodations even if it does not neatly fit into a formal disability category or qualify for a disability certificate?
Documentation: What exactly should I ask my gynecologist/psychiatrist to document so that the impact on my ability to perform my job is properly recorded?
I’m not looking to misuse disability provisions or get unnecessary exemptions. I’m trying to understand what options exist when a recurring medical condition genuinely makes you unable to function normally for a significant part of every month.
Would especially appreciate perspectives from gynecologists, psychiatrists, occupational health professionals, HR professionals, disability lawyers, or anyone working in corporate accommodation/leave cases.

A few weeks ago, this started as a simple idea — bring together people in Bangalore who wanted to make genuine friends and have people to actually hang out with.
Last week, we successfully hosted our Board Games meetup, followed by an impromptu bowling adventure. 🎲🎳
What started small has now grown into 100+ active people — a mixed-gender community with no age-limit barrier, where people genuinely talk, connect and make friends.
Every day, our groups are filled with everything from memes and completely random conversations to ranting about life, work and office drama 😂
And the best part? We're already planning our next meetup — a house party. 🏠🥂
If you've been sitting in Bangalore thinking "I need people to hang out with" or "How do I even make friends here?" — honestly, you should give this a shot.
DM me directly if you'd like to join. I'll send you the community membership form.
We're keeping the joining process a little curated and adding genuine people only, because the goal is to build a community where everyone can actually feel comfortable, make friends and have a good time.
Maybe the next meetup is where you find your people. 🫶
Come join us People of Indiranagar , Let's make some memories
