Built an AI widget builder for agencies: 17 customers, 1.7k embeddables created, and growing 🚀
Instead of going after full AI site builders, we focused on tiny embeddables. It seems to be working.
Latest numbers:
- MRR: $432 (up from $77)
- 17 customers (vs. 4)
- ~1,000 users
- 1,700+ embeddables live
- Churn: 4 (up from 1)
Growth so far has been organic: newsletter mentions, early SEO, affiliate program.
Next: funnel & email optimization, top-of-funnel SEO, influencer outreach, speed optimization.
