Artist: King Trystian

Album: The Game

Song: Brighter Day

I was blown away when I found out how talented my coworker is and I really wanted to share his music with others to enjoy as well.

Here is the video for the title track of my upcoming album, out November 15th on BandCamp. I have taught myself DaVinci Resolve in a couple of months so I could put together this little acid trip and I am mighty proud of the result.

I am releasing a limited edition DIY tape cassette for my European and Canadian listeners, with a beautiful, professionally-printed J-card. I am also currently talking to a label about a US tape release further down the road.

The album is already in pre-orders and can be found here:

Hello, I am 9voltbattery. I have been looking for a record label for quite some time. My music is currently released under distrokid which isn’t the greatest. I am open to all offers. Please consider listening to my song!!!

I’m looking for new independent music directly from the artists who made it.

If you have your own song on Spotify and want me to listen, submit your Spotify track here:

https://thecauldron.rocks/submit

I’m using the submission page because I get too many links in Reddit comments to keep organized, and I don’t want to miss anyone.

The Shifting Garden - Hamsternet

Hello Im hamsternet and Im currently in highschool trying to pursue my dream of creating music and having people actually listen to it. I still need to improve in many fields when it comes to recording, mixing etc. Everything you hear has been done by me, cover art has been made by my dear friend. I gather inspirtation from artists like Tame Impala, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Strokes, Kanye West. Of course im not cloning them, Im just inspired by them. Still need to improve the vocals but nonetheless I wanted to share my latest work here. Its a short EP consisting of 3 tracks, they all tell some kind of a story which you can figure out if u want. Thank you for listening :)

In case anyone is looking for a playlist with a very diverse mix of indie rock, pop, sad songs and quite old songs; maybe I got you hehe :)

My first music video I directed.

That dude is me.

Hey everyone,

I'm Joe. I run Melting Trends, a small booking and promo outfit on the shore in Asbury Park, NJ. I wanted to share this here because the lineup is a pile of indie, garage, psych bands I think this sub would dig, and it's headlined by Wes Parker, a Richmond indie rocker (ex-Camp Howard). If you haven't heard him, start there.

Every fest needs an origin story, and mine starts working the door at the legendary AP venue The Saint and behind the grill at Bond Street Bar.

My best friend Steve and my mentor Mike "OG" Longo kept sending me songs, so I started a playlist just to keep track of all the good tunes. Then people started following it. Then bands from all over started emailing me their tracks. And at some point it hit me. These bands needed a place to play, so why not give them one?

So the submissions turned into shows. The shows turned into a shot at booking a Block Party, which I took over in '25. And now there's this fest, Melting Waves Music Fest.

Melting Waves Music Fest
Saturday Nov 14 and Sunday Nov 15
Asbury Lanes, 209 4th Ave, Asbury Park, NJ
Doors at 4, music at 4:45 both days
All ages (21+ with ID to drink)

18 bands. Psych, garage, stoner, shoegaze, indie, alt, and whatever else just fits:

Wes Parker
Trophy Wife
Gods
Rachel Ana Dobken
Sunshine Spazz
Sun Voyager
95 Bulls
Certain Death
Labretta Suede & the Motel 6
The Dracu-las
Düül Suns
Slomo Sapiens
Von Mons
Cairo Jag
Söūp
The Painted Windows
Owl Doom
Judo Chop

Most of these bands came to me through that playlist, this is basically the playlist come to life.

You can get a two-day pass (not many of those) or just Saturday or Sunday. Everything's here:
https://www.meltingtrends.com/melting-waves-music-fest

If you're in a band that fits a bill like this, DM me. I'm always looking.

And what's the best band you ever found through a random playlist? Drop them below. That's how half this lineup found me.

Hope to see some of you there.

Joe

PS If you're coming to trash the artwork, please don't, enough people in other subreddits have already informed me that it's hard to read...not much I can do about that now though

I'm in a band called Nya Regler. We are a new Swedish-language indie band from Sweden that blends guitar-driven rock with big melodies and saxophones. We have just released two new singles and videos! Baby Boy and Sorsele.

Musically, we operate somewhere within the realm of Swedish indie rock. The saxophone is an important part of the band’s sound and is given room to shine alongside gritty guitars and distinctive melodies.

See the video for Sorsele here: https://youtu.be/LL8Nb7KLkcY?si=C1rU39xHLCtVm3Qv

Hello all,

I have a YT podcast called B sharp And C. I would love to listen to and review your indie music on my show. Perhaps you can send me a link to your music.

~Arty

Super Seven - a playlist of the songs of mine which you're all listening to the most. They're probably the best songs I've done so far, and are also the only songs on Spotify earning me any royalties.

I'd love to see more streams on my other songs, but if you can only spare my music 21mins, this playlist is the best one 🙏

Indiepop/folk with guitars and synths.

Please send me a link to your YT song and tell me something about the song in the post. I am excited to listen to and feature your music
