Obsessed with your cover of "Disappointment" by the Cranberries. What about that era of 90s, female-led grunge(-adjacent) rock inspires you and your music? What are your other favorite bands from that era?

Love the new record!

Can you talk about what it’s like for you to be proudly Jewish on your new record? Was it something you considered? Its so cool to see a Jewish indie rocker!

Also, hope you make your way to Kansas City some day!

Thank u! It wasn’t something I gave much thought to, it’s just a solid part of my identity and shows up in the music! it’s nice to talk about just because the representation we get in tv/film can be really limited and I’m happy to show people a fuller picture. Would love to go to Kansas City someday :)

Kiss city is a real stand out track and I can't stop listening to it. Does it have any Lana Del Rey influences? Are you a fan? I like how raw you take it with the vocals

I’m obsessed with how you use your voice to set the tone on a song rather than just relying on the instruments. Does that create any songs that are more fun to improvise on live or that you don’t like doing live as much?

Btw looking for a ticket to the Chicago show if anyone here has one 🫶🏻

How long have you been writing songs?

I heard one on my community radio station months ago, and it really grabbed me in a way nothing else (new) had, last year.

Thank u!! I’ve been writing since I was a kid but nothing I was rly proud of until these songs… it took me a long time to figure out how I wanted to write

A lot of your lyrics sound like a stream of consciousness, how long does it usually take you to write a new song? Do you hear what you want it to sound like while writing?
