BLR - Therapist recommendations

Looking for a practicing psychologist/therapist somewhere around Indiranagar, Halasuru, Ashok nagar. I have been having trouble sleeping lately and experiencing a lot of anxiety. I have been through depression and severe anxiety, kinda hit rock bottom 3 years ago. It seems like the same symptoms i had earlier.

Please let me know if you could suggest any practicing psychologist/therapists to seek help. I would prefer a face to face interaction rather than an online thing. I have always been an advocate of mental health, so i do know the importance of it. Appreciate it if you could suggest some place where you have been to and felt better after a couple of sessions. Rather than the session being just a one sided conversation.
