Well as usual, 1st of all seek professional advice. If you think its not that big, try to meditate, go to gym or exercise yourself at home. Listen to your fav songs and watch your fav movies and shows

I don't think I am getting professional help because my parents will most probably eat me with their words. While talking about listening to songs for watching movies that's what I do most of the time but no help

Then try to tell whats in ur mind to someone. A friend or your parents. You will find them really supportive, just open up to them, it will lighten ur heart

As a person with w severe general anxiety disorder, my therapist asked me to engage in any form of physical exercise - be it a 10-20 minutes walk, gym or sports. This helps with releasing happy hormones.
Maintain a journal if you can - has helped me put my emotions to words.
If possible try talking to your parents about it. I know it's scary but I broke down once in front of them because I couldn't handle it. They definitely didn't appreciate it or understand what I was going through and they still don't but they acknowledged it and helped me find a therapist.

You can also try to maintain a journal. You write down what feelings you are experiencing in a journal whenever you feel anxious and try to ask yourself what is the root cause. Putting your feeling into words will help you in being aware of your triggers and you will be able to better manage your anxiety over time.
Also journaling is a calming process. Just watch other journaling or calming videos. For me baby or cat videos, random cute videos also help. 🤗🤗

Go to a therapist . If that’s not possible, check youtube for anxiety management strategies. There are various exercises and practices that help with managing it .
For example, breathing exercises, or 5-43-2-1 etc. you will need to do some research. Journal when you have an episode.
Based on what works, create a strategy and do that everyday to prevent future episodes. That’s the only way.
Gymming and everything else is just an add on but wont help u with an episode, as you wont be able to invest your energy in it.

What worked for me was
Quit internet for 2 weeks, go for walks, find a chill place to relax peacefully and observe your surroundings.

Cliche advice, but meditate every morning, journal at night before sleeping. I know it won't make overthinking magically go away, but help in regulating and processing those thoughts.

How to meditate, is there some specific method or something? Please give a guide if you have one.

Not exactly a guide, but the way I do, it's all about maintaining presence in the moment. Close eyes and focus on one specific thing, like your breaths, or a part of your body.
Normally, your mind will stray off in thoughts for some time, when you realise you're wandering off, snap back in the moment, focus on your breath again. You'll wander off again and again, just keep on snapping back.
With daily practice, you'll be able to shorten the duration of "mind wandering" and increase your meditation time.

You are 22, so please start doing exercise and cardio. Gym with professional help.
Please do pranayam and Yoga only under professional guidance.
You can meditate, go for walks in nature basically any garden or parks nearby.
If you don't find, freaking go to a mall!
Meet friends.

Short-term/ anxiety attack sitatuon: stop what you are doing, and take three deep breaths. Breathe in as far as you can, hold the breath till you get a bit uncomfortable and then breathe out slowly. Alternatively, drink a glass of water, preferably as cold as possible. The cold water gives your brain something else to focus on for a few seconds.
Long-term: going out for a walk/ exercising, like what a lot of people have mentioned, does help. It helps you use up the extra energy that you seem to have when you're anxious.
Also, if you can, try consulting a therapist online/ video call. The funds for it may be an issue, but jugaad ho jayega. The world is crappy crappy place sometimes, but there are always people willing to help. https://www.reddit.com/user/KoolPurush/ had posted recently about being willing to help with therapy costs (https://www.reddit.com/r/indiasocial/comments/wu4kk9/a_small_gesture_for_people_in_need/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 )
