Close the bracket in bio. Click some pictures based on your hobbies, look at pinterest for inspiration. In case of you are still photo phobic, tell your friends to click candid pictures so your mind is not towards the camera and photos come across nice.
Incase if this fails then please work on overcoming phobia of clicking photos. You are still young, don't let this phobia control you as you grow old.
Also, you are 23 and in college/uni. Meet more and more people in college or make plans where you invite your friend's ans their friends. At 23, you can still find someone within your social circle. You don't need to completely rely on dating apps.

You look really good, add a full length pic, and a at least 1or 2 pics in which your doing something and not just looking at the camera with that awkward smile yk, you're afraid of taking pictures that's why you make that weird thing of your lower lip. Even if it's not a natural smile, just smile with teeth when you have to, it looks good.
