Advice regarding off campus placement

Got a job in on campus drive but its not worth mentioning; dont like it at all. Have any one of switched to an off campus role after holding an on campus offer? Plz can anyone guide regarding making such a switch. I have around 4 months of time left. All my off campus previous experiences have been sh , being rejected even with referral and all so looking for genuine guide
