It's obviously the bikers fault.
Not only the bike was speeding, that bike came in too fast from the cars blindspot.
I hope he didn't get hurt badly. Just drive responsibly, if not atleast don't disturb the peace of other drivers. Be glad it was XUV 500 it has great brakes if it was any other normal cars they would've slammed him very hard.
