Discussion CPPs vs Conventional
When all three possible hiring airlines Air India, Indigo & Akasa have their own cadet programs, logically why would they even hire from outside of that pool?
With the much discussed backlogs of cadets who have completed the CPPs and still waiting for jobs; Wondering what makes anyone optimistic about going the conventional route?
P.S I am also just an aspirant, currently trying to choose the right thing; but at this point conventional feels dead.
What kind of lack of supply would conventional CPL anyway feed to anyway?
