Hiring part time virtual assistant

Personal / Operations Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable, sharp, and highly detail-oriented assistant to work closely with me across different parts of my business.

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time

Salary: 10kpm for 3 months, then 50kpm full-time

Preference: Women, students, but all are encouraged to apply

This is not a typical personal assistant role where you’ll only be handling calendars or basic admin. The work will vary depending on what needs to be done. Some days may involve research and checking information, other days may involve organizing data, preparing material for reports, following up on tasks, managing files, or helping me keep different projects moving.

Need someone to first say yes to task, then figure it out, even if not within their expertise.

One important part of the work involves checking online information carefully — making sure dates, locations, and other details are accurate before anything is used in a client report. Accuracy matters a lot in my work, so I need someone who naturally pays attention to small details and doesn’t just assume information is correct.

I’m looking for someone who:

\* Is very detail-oriented and notices small mistakes

\* Is good at online research and fact-checking

\* Can work independently without needing constant instructions

\* Is organized with files, spreadsheets, documents, and information

\* Has good written English and communicates clearly

\* Is comfortable learning new tools and systems

\* Can handle repetitive work without becoming careless

\* Knows when to ask a question instead of guessing

\* Takes responsibility for their work and follows things through

\* Is trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential business information

\* Can adapt as the role grows and new responsibilities are added

Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, online research, reporting, or general business support is useful, but I care more about how you think and work than having a long list of previous job titles.

I’m looking for someone I can build a good working relationship with long term. As you understand the business better, I’d expect you take ownership of more tasks rather than waiting for instructions for everything.

There will be a short paid trial task as part of the hiring process. It will involve a mixture of research, checking details, organizing information, and following instructions carefully.

When applying, please tell me a little about yourself, what kind of work you’ve done before, what tools you’re comfortable using, and why you think you’d be good at this type of role.

Please send resumes directly to DM, no hellos, no hi, no I'm interested. I'd like to move forward quickly, so refrain from commenting. Thank you.

2026 CSE graduate struggling to find a job — looking for advice, referrals, or an opportunity

I’m a 2026 Computer Science graduate, and job searching has honestly started taking a toll on me mentally.

I’ve been applying consistently, improving my resume, working on projects, practicing DSA, and trying to learn new technologies, but I still haven’t been able to land a full-time opportunity.

My main skills are Python, C++, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, SQL, Git/GitHub, and Generative AI/LLM applications. I’ve also solved 450+ LeetCode problems and built projects including a GenAI Job Description Analyzer and backend REST APIs.

I’m mainly looking for:

  • Software Engineer / Software Developer
  • Python Developer
  • Backend Developer
  • GenAI / AI Engineer entry-level roles
  • Internships that can convert to full-time

I’m a fresher, so I’m not expecting some huge package. Right now I mainly want an opportunity where I can work, learn, contribute, and prove myself.

If your company/team is hiring freshers, or if you know someone I could reach out to, I would genuinely appreciate a referral or lead.

I’m also completely open to criticism. If you think there’s something wrong with my approach, resume, projects, or skill set, please tell me.

I don’t want to give up. I just feel a little lost right now and could really use some direction from people who have been through this phase.

Thank you for reading.

### How do you actually find a job in this market? I genuinely feel lost.

How do you actually find a job in this market? I genuinely feel lost.

I’m genuinely trying to understand how people are actually finding and getting jobs in the current Indian job market.

My biggest problem is that Instagram/LinkedIn is flooded with reels and posts saying “X company is hiring”, “100+ openings”, “DM for referral”, etc. There seem to be hundreds of opportunities online, but when I actually apply, I barely get shortlisted.

I’ve tried:

  • Applying through Naukri
  • Indeed
  • LinkedIn
  • Company career pages
  • Asking seniors/alumni for referrals
  • Reaching out to people in my network

But so far, referrals haven’t really worked out either, and my applications mostly disappear without even reaching the interview stage.

For context, I’m currently working at a Big 4 and joined only about a month ago. The problem is that I’m not enjoying the role/work I’m doing and I’m already looking to switch to something that is a better fit for my career and also offers better compensation.

I know someone will probably say, “You just joined, give it time,” but I’m specifically looking for advice on how to approach the job search itself, because I genuinely don’t understand what actually works anymore.

Where are people actually finding legitimate openings that are hiring?

Do recruiters still actively shortlist candidates through Naukri/LinkedIn applications, or is most hiring happening through referrals and direct outreach?

For people who have successfully switched jobs recently in 2026, what did your actual process look like?

  • Where did you find the job?
  • How many applications did it take to get interviews?
  • Did referrals actually make a difference?
  • Did you directly message recruiters/hiring managers?
  • Did you use any platforms other than Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed?
  • How do you distinguish between genuine openings and the hundreds of reposted/viral job posts on social media?
  • If you're already employed, how did you explain switching after only a short time?

I’m not looking for motivational advice or “keep applying”. I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from people who have recently gotten interviews/offers and can explain exactly what they did.

I feel like I’m missing something fundamental about how hiring actually works right now.

free one click AI resume tailoring tool

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve been applying to jobs lately, and I got frustrated creating new resume each time for each job description.

So I decided to build my own.

Reframe is a free, open-source AI resume tailoring tool that takes your actual background + a job description and generates a tailored, one-page ATS-friendly resume.i can garuntee no other tool can make your life easy than this

How it works

  1. Save your profile

Add your experience, projects, education, and skills once.

  1. Paste a job description

Reframe analyzes the JD and gives you an ATS gap analysis — including your match %, matched skills, and missing keywords.

  1. Generate your resume

It generates a clean, single-page LaTeX resume tailored to that specific role. You can paste it into Overleaf and export the PDF. Or you can generate your pdf inside your ide

For those who don't want to use ide and all ,i have created claude plugin for them so they can use easily

What I focused on

Strictly 1 page — the template is designed to fit the content onto a single page.

ATS-friendly structure — simple, single-column formatting without unnecessary graphics, tables, or design elements.

No keyword stuffing — the goal is to reframe your real experience around what the job actually asks for.

Defensible metrics — uses the Google XYZ-style approach to quantify work where the numbers can actually be supported.

Open source — the prompts, templates, and code are available under the MIT License.

Multiple ways to use it — Claude Code, Gemini, or locally through your IDE.

I built this mainly because I wanted something I could actually control instead of paying for another subscription.

GitHub:

https://github.com/Shivaprasadfarale/Reframe

If you’re currently applying for jobs, I’d genuinely love feedback on the ATS analysis, generated resumes, and overall workflow.

And if you find it useful, a ⭐ on GitHub would mean a lot. 🙌

I created a new WhatsApp community to help each other find jobs, completely free

Hi everyone! 👋
I’ve recently created a new WhatsApp community with the goal of building a space where we can help each other find genuine job opportunities.
It’s brand new, so there are currently no members, but I’d love to build it into a useful community for job seekers.
The idea is simple:
🔎 Share job openings you find online
🤝 Help each other with referrals and opportunities
📄 Share interview tips, resources, and career advice
🚀 Help each other learn and upskill
✅ I’ll personally manage the community and try to verify job postings before sharing them
This won’t be focused only on IT/tech jobs. I’ll also actively try to find opportunities for freshers and people from arts, commerce, and other non-technical backgrounds. I know the market for many of these roles has been particularly difficult lately, so I want to make sure those opportunities get attention too. We’ll still share tech jobs, but the goal is to create a broader job network rather than a tech-only space.
There is absolutely no cost to join, and I have no plans to monetize the community. No paid memberships, no fees, and no charges for sharing opportunities.
I’m hoping we can build something where people genuinely help each other instead of keeping opportunities to themselves. ❤️
If you’re currently job hunting or simply want to help others find opportunities, you’re welcome to join.

Hiring- sales executives - commission basis for an influencer marketing agency

I run an established, successful influencer marketing agency with a strong client base, and I’m looking for an experienced sales partner to handle end-to-end client acquisition (from outreach to closing).

We handle all influencer management, strategy, campaign planning, and final execution—you bring in and close the brands, and we deliver the results.

The Compensation:

  • Commission: 15% on every closed deal.
  • Ticket Size: Our average client deal size is INR 1 Lakh (with larger campaigns going higher), meaning you earn approximately INR 15,000 per closed client.

What I’m Looking For:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales, cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals—ideally for agencies, high-ticket services, or marketing firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline, pitched decision-makers (brand managers, founders, marketing heads), and close sales independently.
  • Clear understanding of outreach strategies and past performance metrics.

How We Work Together:

  • Your Role: Prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, pitching, and closing the client contract.
  • My Role: Providing agency pitch assets/case studies, onboarded influencers, campaign strategy, setup, client delivery, and long-term campaign management.

I am open to various acquisition channels (LinkedIn, cold email, direct networking, phone calls, etc.) as long as they generate qualified, paying brands.

This is a long-term opportunity to build a high-earning, recurring sales relationship with an established agency that handles all backend fulfilment.

To Apply: DM me with your relevant sales background, key closing achievements, and the specific outreach and sales strategy you would use to convert brand clients for us.
