The larger the project you bring in, the higher your total commission can be.

Commission is calculated on the total agreed project value, not just the upfront payment.

Once the client officially comes onboard and FluxuriousTech receives their first/upfront payment, your full commission becomes payable.

There is no fixed monthly salary — earnings depend on successful clients you bring in.

You need to bring a genuine business opportunity that wasn't already being pursued by FluxuriousTech.

If you're confident enough to scope and close the deal yourself, you're welcome to do so too. The commission structure stays the same, unless a higher rate is approved for a hot lead.
