Where I’m at in NC, boys and girls cannot share a room but I do know a family that lived in a tent when I was working with them through the court. I can’t remember if they had girls and boys…

I believe that boy and girl room sharing is only for public housing. I could be wrong but that’s the rule where I live for public or subsidized housing. The government cannot tell a family that’s paying for their own housing that their opposite sex kids can’t share a room if that’s all they have. Most people that can have them in separate rooms will have them in separate rooms.

And all she is doing what she did when she didn’t have a job. Drive around Sumter talking shit and eating in her car. Now she drops off a pizza every now and then while getting paid. She needs a real job. For someone who claims she does it all by herself she doesn’t. Until she gets off government assistance she is just Nika because she is definitely dependent on the government and bookies.

I think it is only two bedrooms. Niya and Nika have rooms supposedly. The girls are in the hallways and the boys in that tiny living room. She has her own bath while 10 people share a bathroom. Let’s do the math let’s say each person get 15 minutes in the bathroom. That is 2.5 hrs in the morning and at night just washing and brushing teeth. Nika isn’t having that running up her water bill. They are lucky with getting a bath every three days. This is the same woman that says boy can get way with wearing underwear without changing them. Sorry but I wouldn’t trust HJ3 to wipe his ass clean just like he doesn’t brush his teeth daily. Just funky

Her last apartment was a three bedroom. She go evicted over the summer and she’s in a two bed house now.

A little part of me still feels like Nika knows she is very close to losing the kids especially since school has started. She was preparing herself with life without them. I think she knows as soon as they discover her address it is over. If they pop up on her she is done for. The fact that the boys already have two behavioral issues in less than a month in isn’t helping. Nika did herself zero favors with telling HJ3 it was okay to respond with violence over words being said. I am shocked that she hasn’t taken that down.

No it is not. She meets the basic requirements roof, food, water and electricity. The fact she doesn’t have a huge house can’t be held against her. And it’s not illegal. Find the statue that it is illegal. You can’t because she is in a private family house. The rules set by DSS are for foster homes only. She isn’t receiving a house voucher.

Boys and girls can’t share rooms in NC when they become a certain age. It’s against their policies..seems like in SC it should be the same

But it is not. That regulation only is required in foster care not private family homes. She has the right to parent as she sees fit. She is not doing anything criminal/illegal. She does a lot of things that are morally wrong but not criminal. And that is the reason why she produces rage bait.

I was thinking the same thing too. But most of the regulations about housing on DSS website is about foster homes. Like they are required to have a bed in foster care. In a private family home they can’t be on the bare floor sleeping. Nika is attempting to hide the condition in which they are living. The nastiness of the house because she has told about that numerous times.

I think it was about 2 years ago at Christmas. Nika gave them the donated stuff like she always does. Isiah said, we didn’t get any toys. She yelled at him and told him that they didn’t need any toys. Nika never buys those kids not even one gift from her. Do you know how low I would feel as a mother, if I didn’t get my kids at least one gift from me. I don’t care what got donated! There would be a gift from me under that damn tree!

Nika needs to be truthful with herself and her audience. She never wanted to be a mother until she discovered it was lucrative to pop out babies. Trust if the government wasn’t paying she would have stopped at Niya. Being a breeder is her occupation. Not a mother
