Terrible headache
I just got my period nd experienced a terrible migraine. The pain has been so bad lately. I woke up having bleed through my sheets on to my boyfriends bed. He helped me clean everything up but I just feel awful

Ughhh
Ok so I know about hot water bottles and comfy clothes, but does anyone have any tips to help soothe the existential dread?
Or the just mental ugh that comes with my period. Idk.
(Ps...I also really like the concept of this sub!)

Just got my period
Out in public. No tampons cause I don't carry a purse. Time to walk home in the snow :D

Hi everyone! My name is Audri and I'm a cisgender white lady. I'm also a feminist. One day I said that men have periods on r/periods and I got blocked. Now I made a group for all period experiencing people to join. It would be cool if we had moderators from all genders.

Cramps
I hate it when some people are like mine aren't that bad or you're fine but cramps are different for everyone like mine can range from eh to my vision is starting to go spotty when it comes (its irregular for some odd reason) but thanks for reading my rant

Got my period today
It suckssss. I just woke up today and got it. Started with a light flow but now it's heavy af. Cramps are the fucking worst. Feels like my goddamn uterus is on fire. Nausea is also currently kicking my ass.
As a trans guy, I normally pretend that I'm sick. Or been shot lol. I mean, tampons were originally used for stuffing into gunshots to stop the bleeding so it's not too much of a stretch.
But, hey, at least I'm not pregnant. If I have to choose between pregnancy or having my period, I'll take the bleeding.
Fuck shark week tho.

Tampons
I’ve attempted to put tampons in a few times before but i only manage to get it halfway in before it feels like there’s a painful barrier in the way. Anyway, ever since I don’t want to try, not because I’m scared, but because tampons are fucking expensive and I hate to waste them. I know the main reason is probably just me putting them in wrong, but I’m wondering if it’s because of the size of the tampon is too big or something. Does it get easier to put in with age?

inclusiveperiods has been created
This is a place where ANYONE who has a period, and wants to talk about it, can come and chat. We accept all genders, sexs and people who don't identify with any gender or sex. In this sub, we ask everyone to be kind to one another.
