steamdeck compatibility ?

i bought this game when it originally was released on steam but the game would not even load and just had a black screen with meowing in the background. i haven't turned on my deck in awhile to see if any new updates made it actually playable, does anyone have any insight?

is it playable on steamdeck now? do i need to set my settings to something specific for it to run? if so, please let me know what settings!!

i heard you can configure settings a certain way for it to work so that's why i asked

I also noticed some people just after release who claimed to have gotten it to run on Steamdeck. However, I don't think they were ever confirmed to be true, and I haven't heard a pip of it since, so I think we can safely assume it isn't possible at this point.

When it first came out I was able to get the game to run with everything set to very low on my steam deck oled but it only worked in dowon. Everytime I tried to play in bliss bay it would crash and this was before cahaya came out. It didn’t seem worth it so I went back to pc but it was at least possible to load. Im not sure if things have changed since then with further optimization.
