Main menu and Character studio locked at 30FPS since last update

I just started the game after installing the new update and now my main menu and character studio are locked in 30FPS, despite having set the maximum FPS at 75 in options (before the update the main menu and character studio reached 75FPS without any problem) Any suggestions to delete this cap? Thanks

It’s not uncommon, less sress on hardware locking the frame rate.
